About The Position

Answering our office phones and triaging patient calls. Scheduling and coordinating appointments for patients. Accurately updating patient accounts, insurance coverage, maintaining patients' health records and abide by HIPPA compliance. Verifying patient's insurance coverage and monitoring referral status. Registering our patients, collecting copays, entering referrals, and having the appropriate consents signed. Communicating well with your fellow team members and outside offices to ensure patient satisfaction. Keeping track of patients during our office hours. Appropriate cleaning of office space. Flexible to cover different locations and times. Locations are Morristown, Overlook, Bridgewater, Rockaway, Pompton Plains, and Newton. Work hours range from 7-5, some shifts being 9.5 and some being 7.5.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Administration or relevant area

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of computerized scheduling & EMR system is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field a plus
