About The Position

Three Rivers Management, Inc. (TRMI) is a subsidiary of Heidelberg Materials North America, one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. TRMI manages, among other things, the historical asbestos liabilities, and environmental liabilities at RCRA, CERCLA, and state-regulated sites nationwide associated with the discontinued manufacturing operations of various subsidiaries of Heidelberg Materials.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; post‑secondary education a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience in a professional setting preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with knowledge and experience using Microsoft Copilot a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience with business applications such as OnBase, SAP, Ariba, and Concur is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Current Pennsylvania Notary license is preferred but not required; however, it should be obtained within 3–6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and expense reports.
  • Maintain accurate records in electronic systems and manage document storage.
  • Coordinate meetings, logistics, and presentation materials in standard company format.
  • Handle confidential information and ensure timely communication across teams.
  • Support office operations, including mail distribution, supply management, and vendor coordination.
