This position serves as the primary receptionist and scanner for the regional office, providing dynamic customer service and administrative support services for the Regional Office Staff and the Office Manager. The role involves performing a variety of administrative duties including scanning multiple media documents, digital entry of documents into DEQ database(s), data entry, and shredding of documents containing sensitive information. The Administrative Assistant is also responsible for performing multi-media document quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC).
