About The Position

Mayzo is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Operations team. This hands-on, individual contributor role provides administrative support across multiple departments, including logistics, shipping, and production duties. In our collaborative, team-based culture, this position plays a key role in ensuring the seamless execution daily operations, improving process efficiency, and supporting high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong clerical and administrative skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRMs; comfortable learning new technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • High attention to detail
  • Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills

  • Experience with logistics or operations support preferred
