Key Responsibilities Office Support: Handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries. Scheduling: Managing calendars, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel. Documentation: Preparing reports, invoices, memos, and scanning/filing documents. Operations: Maintaining office equipment, ordering supplies, and managing inventory. Accounts Payable (AP): Match invoices with purchase orders, verify accuracy, obtain approval, and process payments (checks, ACH, wires) to vendors. Accounts Receivable (AR): Generate customer invoices, process daily cash receipts, monitor collections, and resolve billing disputes. Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements, customer accounts, and bank accounts to ensure accuracy.
