Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Several years of office systems experience.
  • Good organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must also be proficient in computer databases and MS Office software.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English/Polish) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Program Director, Office Manager , Medical staff and clinical staff.
  • Maintain client files and assist with data base clean-up.
  • Answer phones when necessary.
  • Monitor and report on client interactions from the lobby reception post as needed.
  • Responsible for maintaining the clinical/medical department client waiting list.
  • Serves as the receptionist of the building by directing client questions, forwarding messages to the correct departments, and keeping clients informed of their wait status to see the medical/clinical teams.
  • Related duties as assigned.
