As an Administrative Assistant, they will support our corporate office in Lake Mary, Florida. This role provides administrative support to members of the Executive Leadership Team while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the corporate office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their administrative career who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to develop their skills supporting senior leaders and business operations.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of administrative, office support, or coordinator experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to executives and the Senior Executive Assistant
  • Assist with calendar management, meeting coordination, and scheduling logistics
  • Coordinate conference rooms, meeting materials, and catering for internal meetings and events
  • Help prepare presentations, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office tools
  • Assist with travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Maintain organized filing systems and shared administrative documents
  • Process expense reports and assist with administrative documentation
  • Support office operations including ordering supplies and maintaining office organization
  • Assist with employee events, office celebrations, and team activities
  • Coordinate communication between executives and internal teams as needed
  • Support special projects and company initiatives as assigned
