Requirements

  • Experience using a multi-line phone system, with the ability to screen communications based on predetermined guidelines
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience processing candidate applications and new employee paperwork
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Experience with certified payroll reporting (LCP Tracker), Davis-Bacon compliance, and workforce reporting

Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls and emails
  • Receive and direct visitors and guests
  • Process candidate applications and new employee paperwork
  • Distribute security badging to new hires and visitors, and maintain visitor logs
  • Handle daily UPS, FEDEX and USPS shipments
  • Keep supplies of office products supplied, organized and ready for use
  • Provide administrative/secretarial services to a variety of office personnel
  • Compiling and summarizing required daily, weekly, monthly and annual reporting, including certified payroll reporting
  • Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Print, copy, bind plans and specifications, work plans, assorted other required presentations
  • Schedule and coordinate project visitors, meetings, travel arrangements, catering
  • File and maintain filing system
  • Performance of administrative and secretarial skills in an independent manner with speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize and accomplish work in a busy office environment.
