Requirements

  • Have strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Are confident and professional when communicating with customers
  • Are comfortable using computers, software systems, and email daily

Nice To Haves

  • Prior office or administrative experience is preferred, but the right attitude and work ethic go a long way here.

Responsibilities

  • Being a friendly, professional point of contact for customers
  • Supporting the Contents team with administrative coordination
  • Managing job files, digital records, and data entry with accuracy
  • Communicating with technicians, managers, and other departments
  • Assisting with scheduling, reporting, and workflow organization
  • Helping ensure operations run smoothly across both locations
