BlinkRx, the first pharma-to-patient cloud, offers a digital concierge service for branded medications, providing transparent low prices, free home delivery, and comprehensive support. This platform aims to eliminate common pharmacy issues like unaffordable costs, required doctor forms, or out-of-stock medications. They are seeking an experienced, proactive, energetic, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support a senior executive assistant. This role demands the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and provide solutions with professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects in a dynamic setting, demonstrating strong administrative and project management skills. The position is based in the Kirkland, WA office and requires being onsite 4 days per week.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of administrative or executive support experience
  • Familiarity with Google Suite (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within an administrative support function.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take direction and collaborate closely with senior colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Support calendar management by helping to schedule and coordinate meetings, flagging conflicts and escalating as needed to the Senior EA.
  • Set up internal and external meetings, including sending invites, reserving conference rooms, and preparing basic agendas.
  • Help take notes and track action items during meetings to document decisions and next steps.
  • Collaborate with the Senior EA and other administrative staff to support a smooth hiring process (scheduling interviews, coordinating availability, etc).
  • Assist with domestic and international travel arrangements under the guidance of the Senior EA.
  • Create and submit expense reports on behalf of the team.
  • Support team building activities, off-sites, and social events (logistics coordination, vendor communication, etc).
  • Assist with office management as needed including conference room setup, maintaining office supply stock, and handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Help with onboarding coordination for new hires, including scheduling and logistics support.
