Administrative Assistant – SUD Treatment Location: Concord, MA Pay Rate: $20–$23 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday; may include some evening or weekend flexibility) About Pyramid Healthcare Pyramid Healthcare is a nationally recognized leader in behavioral health, offering evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders. We are excited to share that our brand-new treatment center in Concord, MA has officially opened and is now providing Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment for adults. Join our team as we continue building a supportive and mission-driven program dedicated to helping individuals pursue lasting recovery. Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our facility. This role provides essential administrative support to clinical and operational teams through effective communication, scheduling, and coordination.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior administrative experience required; behavioral healthcare setting experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with standard office software

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain office equipment such as printers, scanners, fax machines, and computers
  • Answer phones, direct calls, and take accurate messages
  • Communicate with staff, clients, and external partners to provide information and resolve inquiries
  • Maintain and update filing systems, inventories, and databases
  • Compile, sort, and file records of business transactions and administrative activities
  • Provide general office support and assist with scheduling needs
  • Assist with audits and ensure compliance with administrative and regulatory standards
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
