Unified Door & Hardware Group (UDHG) is currently seeking an enthusiastic, customer service oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. Administrative Assistants are the directors of first impression and are capable of multi-tasking while successfully maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction to both external and internal customers. Requirements

  • Must have 2+ years of office/administrative experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork oriented attitude.
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be efficient, organized, and resourceful.
  • Must be proactive and have the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient knowledge of basic software applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate
  • Provides callers with information such as company locations, website, and other related information
  • Greet and direct visitors
  • Receives and distributes incoming mail.
  • Prepares shipping labels and coordinates and pick-up of express mail services
  • Weekly invoicing of outgoing material shipments to customers
  • Submits credit card receipts for approval using Concur expense management software.
  • Support our values in the stand areas of Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity and being a Company of Choice for both employees and customers
  • Other duties as assigned
