Requirements

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues.
  • Due to the nature of work undertaken at SubSea Craft, the selected candidate must be capable of meeting the security requirements of the position, which would include as a minimum existing right to live and work in the UK, Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), with UK National security clearance required for certain roles.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as a point of contact via email, phone and in person.
  • Welcoming visitors and showing them to meetings.
  • Scheduling meetings, including booking rooms/resources and arranging catering.
  • Organising systems and updating office databases.
  • Ordering and receiving office equipment, consumables, stationery, branded clothing etc.
  • Maintaining a tidy, well‑presented workspace for staff and visitors.
  • Assist with arranging and running internal and external team events.
  • Assist with arranging staff travel, UK and International.
  • Raising purchase requisitions and liaising with departmental budget holders.
  • Troubleshooting minor admin or logistical issues
