About The Position

Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a motivated and energetic administrative professional for our Cincinnati Office. As part of our Midwest administrative support services team, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our office. Our ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be a team player, and able to work independently when required. The ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities is essential to this position. This position will be 30 hours per week. Our work includes planning, design, and oversight of construction of environmental infrastructure – for water, wastewater, and stormwater management. Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • SharePoint, Bluebeam and Project Management Software

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones via Teams and greet guests.
  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages.
  • Ability to work on complex documents (reports, specifications) using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Coordinate office meetings, events, and order lunches.
  • Monitor and stock office and kitchen supplies.
  • Facilitate the planning of office and professional activities.
  • Maintain electronic and in-office filing system
  • Coordinate building maintenance and other services.
  • Special projects and regional support as needed.
