About The Position

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for: Providing overall administrative support to the BHPMW’s BH CP program. Maintaining efficient and accurate office procedures, providing clerical support to program staff, keeping meeting minutes, and maintaining administrative records. Facilitating information exchange between the BHPMW BH CP and the Community Partner Teams at the consortium entities and affiliated partner agencies.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED and at least 1-2 years relevant administrative experience.
  • Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, follow through and customer relations skills required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Word and Excel.
  • Ability to learn new systems; experience entering and working with data; and comfort and experience using mobile technologies.
  • Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
