Administrative Assistant (Trust Administration) Fiduciary Trust International is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our Miami office located at 2 Alhambra Plaza (Coral Gables). How You Will Add Value Core Responsibilities: You will support Trust Administration with administrative duties, meeting coordination, correspondence, and client bill payments You will provide superior customer service to visitors and clients while maintaining professionalism You will maintain client data, set up online access, and assist with document requests You will initiate check deposits, wire transfers, recurring remittances, discretionary payments You will process charitable donations, research charities, and prepare acknowledgement letters You will ensure supporting documentation is received, imaged, tracked, and reported You will assemble presentation books, PowerPoint presentations, cash flow reports, and manage Trust mail What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role Experience, Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent experience Experience working within the investment banking / private baking / high net worth industries a plus Skills: Ability to provide superior customer service to internal employees and external clients with the highest level of professionalism Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise independent judgment consistent with department guidelines Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to unexpected circumstances, in a team-oriented environment Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work on-site at our Coral Gables office location Learn More : Click below to learn more about Fiduciary Trust International – Fiduciary Trust International The Story of Fiduciary Trust International Compensation : Franklin Templeton offers employees a competitive and valuable range of total rewards—monetary and non-monetary — designed to support their well-being and recognize their time, talents, and results.
