About The Position

Oversee, day-to-day administrative functions and general office duties for assigned Metro Clinics.Oversee, day-to-day administrative functions and general office duties for assigned Metro Clinics. Ensuring staff is knowledgeable of and performing standard operating procedures. Maintains strictest confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations. Learn all front desk duties- able to cover FD locations as needed Train all new incoming FD (Must be able to travel to locations with personal means of transportation) Responsible for all assigned KPI and reports generating, processing and tracking for 60+ Offices Performs other duties and assignments as required.

Requirements

  • Strong Microsoft 365
  • Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
  • Must work effectively with all management levels and staff affiliates.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and good judgment; demonstrate a positive can-do attitude; have effective communication skills with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Highly effective soft skills required
  • Excellent interpersonal/ communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be flexible in working on multiple projects simultaneously.
