Globally recognized Coffee Company, headquartered in Seattle, WA is currently hiring for a Fully Remote Administrative Assistant. This position will provide administrative support to one or more directors. This role will effectively plan and maintain one or more executive calendars with attention to accuracy, detail, and allocation of time and resources to promote productivity and successful execution of executive and team goals and objectives. This role will perform general administrative duties, including screening and directing incoming phone calls, composing and typing general correspondence, including emails and prioritizing, handling multiple calendar management, managing and booking travel (Domestic within the U.S.), and more. Pay - $21/hr. - $22/hr. Location - Fully Remote (Candidates must reside in PST or MST states) Schedule - Standard Monday - Friday Morning Shift (40 Hours a Week) Contract Duration - 9 Months (Leave of Absence Coverage) W2 Employment Through Aston Carter
