General Summary: The Commercial Lines team is looking for a Sr. Administrative Assistant. The Sr. Administrative Assistant provides advanced level administrative support to the business unit. Responsibilities include administrative support of business unit initiatives. Hours Monday-Friday, specific hours are subject to selected start time between 8am-9am pending supervisory approval. Hybrid opportunity after training is completed (3 days in office, 2 days remote) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Essential functions of this job are listed below in order of priority. Assist all levels of business unit leaders with their organizational tasks Organizing internal and external meetings Prepare reports, presentations and other materials as needed Creating spreadsheets to efficiently manage information and proofreading various types of documents for accuracy Utilizing the full suite of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information Facilitates communication within business unit to ensure smooth operations. Schedule and oversee all arrangements in connection with meetings and other department functions. This may include scheduling of business unit specific Town Halls. Coordinate with vendors when necessary. Maintaining and ordering office supplies. May prepare and submit requisitions for payment of various expenses. Complete other administrative support functions as assigned. Required Qualifications: Knowledge, skills & abilities, experience, minimum & desired education, certification and/or license requirements. 6 + years of experience in an administrative/clerical support role Strong attention to detail Strong customer service skills (ability to adapt/respond to changing situations, strong active listening skills) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Must be able to work independently and proactively Ability to proofread memos, announcements and other correspondence as needed Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is required High school diploma or GED Equivalent Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience and credentials. Pay Range: $58,737-$68,218 Eligible full-time employees receive a competitive Total Rewards package, including but not limited to a 401(k) with employer match up to 8% and additional service-based contributions, Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, Life and Disability coverage, generous PTO, Paid Sick Leave, and paid parental leave in addition to state-mandated leave.
