The Administrative Assistant-Sr performs a moderate range of duties; provides support to a department (Consumer Banking Segment) or multiple managers. Duties & Responsibilities: Answers the telephone, prepares, edits and may compose correspondence, maintains and establishes files. Provides information and resolves problems where multiple non-standard solutions are available. Maintains calendar and schedules meetings. Gathers data and prepares reports. Orders supplies and processes special payment authorizations and expense reimbursements. May train other employees and participate in special projects. Performs other duties as assigned.
