Essential duties include, but are not limited to: Consolidates W2Gs for Self-Pay Guests according to established procedures Identifies and reports any discrepancies or errors in processed work to key personnel Performs work independently and remains focused during routine assignments Ensures timely completion of tasks Acts with discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive material Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Minimum 6 months - 1 year of clerical/data entry experience preferred Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Must possess ability to communicate effectively with other Team Members, and interpret variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule format Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail Must be able to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks Must possess problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with all levels of management Must be able to work late hours, weekends, and holidays as needed Work Environment: Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a professional office setting, but there may be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, secondhand smoke and excessive noise. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Position requires extended periods of sitting in an office environment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 6 months - 1 year of clerical/data entry experience preferred
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Must possess ability to communicate effectively with other Team Members, and interpret variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule format
