Job Description The Administrative Assistant, Recreation and Events supports the development, coordination, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the Workplaces Services (WPS) facilities related programs for the Milwaukee Headquarters (MKE) location. You will partner with other campuses for multi-campus coordination of events. You will support multiple areas of the facilities management function to help facilitate the execution and management of work within the designated areas. Additionally, you will provide assistance and back up to other administrative personnel within the Workplace Services and Integrated Supply Chain organization to support different activities. You will report to our Supervisor - Administrative Services and work a hybrid schedule at our headquarters in Milwaukee, WI.
