In this role you will be: Provide day-to-day administrative support to Quality Department leadership and staff Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record and distribute meeting minutes Coordinate internal and external meetings, including quality committees and accreditation-related sessions Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems for quality and regulatory documentation Assist with preparation and tracking of quality reports, dashboards, and performance metrics Support accreditation and regulatory readiness activities (e.g., The Joint Commission, CMS, state surveys) Track action plans, deadlines, and follow-up items related to quality improvement initiatives Assist with data collection, entry, and basic analysis as directed Serve as a point of contact for the Quality Department, responding to inquiries and routing information appropriately Communicate with clinical departments regarding quality initiatives, data requests, and meeting logistics Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports related to quality and patient safety Handle sensitive patient, staff, and quality data with discretion and in compliance with HIPAA and hospital policies Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all quality-related documentation Order and maintain office supplies for the department Assist with onboarding and coordination for new Quality Department staff Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental goals OTHER DUTIES Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
