About The Position

Provide clerical and administrative support for assigned Department and sub-units, including the Chief/Director and other chain of command and staff for various day to day matters, projects and programs. Complete customer service activities, prepare correspondence, reports, record retention and database management, agenda items, meeting minutes and public information material.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one (1) year experience providing office administrative support preferred
  • Valid Texas driver license with good driving record
