The Administrative Assistant Professional supports UW–Green Bay’s mission to expand access to high-quality, lifelong learning across Northeast Wisconsin. Located within the Division of Continuing Education and Workforce Training, this role helps advance the University’s strategic priorities by ensuring professional development programs, trainings, and events are delivered smoothly, efficiently, and with a strong focus on service. Guided by UW–Green Bay’s core values and brand promise—Together, We Rise—this position contributes to a collaborative, learner-centered environment that empowers individuals and strengthens communities. This position provides essential administrative, financial, and operational support, including managing registrations, processing financial transactions, coordinating instructors, supporting program logistics, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, while embracing challenges, building community, and supporting access to lifelong learning opportunities.
