Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior administrative experience required, permitting experience highly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
  • Fast learner who adapts quickly
  • Positive, team‑oriented attitude
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks supporting the AOR Installation & Permits team
  • Prepare, submit, and track permit applications
  • Communicate with customers, inspectors, and local permitting/licensing offices
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
  • Assist with scheduling, follow‑ups, and workflow coordination
  • Support team members with additional administrative functions
  • Other responsibilities as needed
