We’re looking for an organized, reliable Administrative Assistant & Office Coordinator to support our CEO and CFO while also helping ensure smooth day‑to‑day coordination of our Needham office. This is a junior‑level, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys keeping people and offices organized, takes pride in strong follow‑through, and is comfortable working with confidential information. This role is hybrid, with an expectation of being onsite in our Needham, MA office 2–3 days per week.
