Facilitate in the efficient operation of assigned projects and provide clerical services for ESC programs, projects and specialists. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school graduate or equivalent One year office experience or equivalent training. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Proficient skills in typing, word processing, file maintenance Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficient skills in Office Suite Ability to use computer and software to develop spreadsheets, databases and word processing Basic math skills Driver’s License ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Sort and distribute incoming correspondence and publications. Maintain physical and computerized records, reports, and correspondence in organized filing system. Prepare correspondence, forms, reports, and documents and properly route. Place and receive telephone calls, take reliable messages and route to appropriate staff members. Prepare workshop and meeting materials and supplies. Maintain project expenditure records. Requisition materials and supplies. Assist specialists in workshop scheduling, set up, and close out. Keep informed of and comply with ESC policies and procedures. Maintain confidential information. Perform other duties as assigned.
