Under general supervision, performs advanced administrative assignments. Requires continuous use of advanced technical and business vocabulary and a detailed knowledge of departmental procedures and operations. Analyzes complex information. Provide proactive executive assistance to the Area Retail Leader. Performs advanced and diversified assistance including high level support in managing a high volume of competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, prioritization and coordination of Leader’s schedule, actively involved in understanding the business to align Leader’s time and needed resources to the business priorities, organizes and handles various administrative functions to keep the office running efficiently. May supervise other administrative assistants.
