Agape has a current opening for an Administrative Assistant II. The Administrative Assistant II provides high-level administrative and operational support to designated members of Agape’s Executive or Leadership Team. This role supports the effective coordination of leadership activities, meetings, communications, and organizational operations. Working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, the Administrative Assistant II helps ensure leaders are equipped to carry out their responsibilities efficiently while maintaining strong internal coordination and communication across teams. Through strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional communication, this role contributes to operational excellence and advances the mission of Agape Child & Family Services as the organization works to fight poverty so families can flourish.
