About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and four years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for College of Medicine departments in the oversight of Grand Rounds and other regular educational events.
  • Review submitted documentation for CME activities to ensure alignment with established policies, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Maintain comprehensive logs of Grand Rounds activities, tracking compliance with essential elements.
  • Manage attendance records through the registration system and state licensure system.
  • Collaborate closely with departmental coordinators to facilitate both live and online CME activities.
  • Review application and marketing materials to ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.
  • Oversee the coordination of website updates and registration services for these activities.
  • Assist during on-site conferences, providing logistical and administrative support as needed.
  • Respond to incoming calls and participant inquiries, offering prompt and courteous assistance.
