We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Administrative Assistant II for a full-time, 100% onsite role in Arizona, with the potential to transition to a permanent full-time employee (FTE). Reporting to the Support Services Manager, this position plays a key role in maintaining smooth front desk operations and delivering exceptional customer service across all Arizona departments. Primary responsibilities include managing warrant distribution, monitoring and responding to shared inbox requests, greeting and directing visitors and vendors, accepting legal documents such as garnishments, handling internal and external phone calls and voicemails, processing and tracking incoming/outgoing mail and packages (including confidential items), and providing backup administrative support and project assistance as needed. Candidates should have 2-3 years of client-facing or front desk experience, strong communication and multitasking skills, and reliable attendance and transportation, as this is an essential role. Comprehensive training on front desk procedures will be provided, and candidates must be available for a virtual interview within 2 days of submission.
