Responsible for providing administrative support to management and/or a function. What You Will Do: Manage calendars, make travel arrangements, support leadership leverage Microsoft suite of applications Respond to incoming requests and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly Administrative support may include scanning, faxing, copying and filing/storing documents Provides analytical and administrative support to relieve manager or team of administrative duties Executes special or continuous research and data analysis tasks Analyzes issues, determines approach and prepares report/recommendation. Interacts with other employees at all levels to gather information and coordinate activities between departments and outside parties Coordinates on-site for executives. Leads or co-leads major executive events, such as leadership summits, town halls, offsites, or board-prep cycles—ensuring high-quality logistics, communication, and deliverables. May have office management responsibilities for a site. Oversees day-to-day office operations, including space planning, supply management, vendor coordination, and administrative compliance—to create a smooth, well-run environment for associates and leaders.
