About The Position

AECOM Hunt has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to support our construction project at ORD. Join our team today! Job duties: Provides administrative support to relating to the construction project and joint venture. Interact with various office staff, supporting general administrative tasks. Maintain spreadsheets, project related documents, office inventory, schedules meetings, and conference room management. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Uses Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other programs to accomplish work. Works under general supervision. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of professional experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma/GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in office management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
