Job duties: Provides administrative support to relating to the construction project and joint venture. Interact with various office staff, supporting general administrative tasks. Maintain spreadsheets, project related documents, office inventory, schedules meetings, and conference room management. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Uses Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other programs to accomplish work. Works under general supervision.
