The Administrative Assistant II is responsible for providing administrative support to the Adult Day Health Center (ADHC) supporting the Center Director and management team. Scans/indexes documentation in a timely manner and performs data entry per department requirements. Completes routine administrative tasks on a regular basis with attention to detail and accuracy Coordinates and organizes office space, equipment, supplies and forms Sorts, Opens and routes mail; initiates correspondence as needed Runs basic reports using various software applications in assistance of management Oversees all center administrative efforts and communicates to the Interdisciplinary Team Coordinates and provides direction to center receptionist and assists with scheduling of administrative support team to ensure adequate coverage and smooth workflows Completes miscellaneous projects for the team as appropriate Orders and coordinates the delivery of supplies to support center Maintains and updates daily and monthly forms in a paperless environment.
