Energy Solutions is currently seeking a Administrative Associate II to provide administrative support to our Business Services department, as well as reception duties for our Oakland office. The person filling this role must be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances with patience and professionalism. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Requirements

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • Intermediate proficiency in the MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (skills tests will be required during the interview process)

Nice To Haves

  • BA or BS degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred, but not required
  • Business writing ability with strong spelling, punctuation, and grammar
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while juggling competing priorities
  • Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, accountability, and ownership of assigned tasks
  • Must be able to learn and practice aseptic cleaning techniques throughout the office
  • A proven professional or personal commitment to the betterment of the environment and the reduction of GHGs is a plus but not required

  • Assist with invoicing

  • Owner of meeting space Calendars
  • Following up with reminder
  • Travel coordinator
  • Emergency preparedness coordinator
  • Collaborate with Administrative Professionals Team to support company events
  • Bench Strength for peers
  • Support other functional groups when peers are out of office
  • Intermediate MS Office Suite proficiency and ability to learn Slack, etc.
  • Word/Excel/PowerPoint
  • Support ad-hoc projects as directed by Operations team and supervisor
