SierTeK Ltd. is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to be performed in support of USAFSAM Aerospace Medicine Education Division at Wright- Patterson AFB. Position Overview: The Administrative Assistant II will provide administrative and technical support to the USAFSAM/FEE Course and Program Directors and Instructors with day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an associate degree and 3 years’ experience in office automation and administrative support to include maintaining spreadsheets and databases, use of office automation software, producing reports, and direct customer service/collaborative duties.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and have the ability to become proficient in a variety of other software applications used within division.
  • Must be able to obtain a NACI (Tier1) DoD Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties within the Academic Delivery Division as outlined by the division chief and branch chiefs.
  • Assist with creating, editing, and loading tests for students/faculty.
  • Retrieve testing data to populate spreadsheets and databases, for instructor use, and for use in a variety of meetings/forums.
  • Create, deploy, retrieve, and prepare surveys for routing and review.
  • Assist with scheduling academic assistance for students and maintaining encounter notes.
  • Maintain instructor qualification databases and spreadsheets.
  • Produce reports and correspondence for faculty, staff, and leadership communication.
  • Perform recorder/note taking duties during meeting and produce quality minutes/reports and agendas.
  • Assist with administrative duties associated with the Standards and Evaluation program.
  • Assist with the administrative duties associated with Curriculum Development.
  • Assist with the administrative duties associated with the AIMS Studio.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and be able to work independently making sounds decisions as well as be able to function at a high level in a team environment.
