About The Position

Our Administrative Assistants provide a wide range of administrative and office support activities necessary to the efficient operation of our organization. You will provide support to answer inbound phone calls, make outbound phone calls, mailroom processing, assist with imaging documents, and provide general administrative support to our team. The successful candidate must reside in the Sioux Falls, SD area.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year previous customer service and/or administrative support experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • High School GED required
  • Driver’s license required, must be insurable

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of administrative and mailroom functions preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related degree preferred
