This position involves specialized clerical support, split between the Court’s Staff Psychologist and the Behavioral Evaluation Program. The employee in this role provides a wide range of administrative and office support services for the Court Staff Psychologist, including filing psychological reports, preparing correspondence, logging referrals, scheduling and tracking court dates, preparing standard court documents, and maintaining case files and related data. The role requires frequent interaction with attorneys, judges, and external agencies to coordinate activities and relay information accurately. In addition, the employee provides clerical support to the Behavioral Evaluation Program, which may include data entry and management, answering phone calls, scheduling evaluations, typing reports, and performing other tasks related to file organization and recordkeeping.
