Performs a variety of clerical and secretarial work necessary for the smooth operation of the RSYCs, prepares correspondence, letters, memos and reports and maintains databases necessary for the office operations, prepares minutes for meetings, files and records information; answers telephone and provides incoming/outgoing information regarding the office operations and/or services; processing incoming/outgoing mail for an assigned area. Work with The Salvation Red Shield Youth Center Executive Director, Operations Manager, The Salvation Tulsa Area Command Officer and the RSYC Advisory Council.
