Position Summary This position plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Licking Memorial Health Professionals department by managing the front desk, delivering administrative support, and ensuring efficient coordination of office activities.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • 2 years administrative support experience preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office preferred
  • Ability to extract data from spreadsheets and compile graphs within reports
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills needed
  • Ability to analyze data and identify outliers
  • Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • LMH is accredited by DNV and TJC, and as such, may require specific annual education related to specialty certifications and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, and employees with a professional and welcoming demeanor
  • Assist walk-in traffic by addressing inquiries, providing information, and directing individuals to the appropriate HR personnel
  • Provide general administrative support to the department, including answering emails, managing office supplies, and handling other clerical tasks
  • Answer and direct high volumes of incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff members, taking messages when necessary
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for staff
  • Maintain and update the department’s calendar to ensure no scheduling conflicts and efficient time management
  • Track, process, and communicate departmental invoices, including special handling and fiscal reporting
  • Maintain and update ISO-controlled documents and ensure timely review and filing of departmental records
  • Accurately enter and update employee data, such as maintaining employee recognition records and other HR-related spreadsheets on a daily basis
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the HR department and organizational goals
