About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to provide support to the Executive Administrative Assistant. Primary functions may include attending the front desk, maintaining records for HOA Board and various committees to support the operation of the HOA, maintaining homeowner and rental record keeping, providing clerical support, preparing and making HOA deposits and petty cash disbursements, processing relevant accounting paperwork. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative or office experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical and administrative assistance to the Board of Directors and Senior HOA Directors which includes writing letters/correspondence, scheduling and setting up meetings.
  • Assisting Executive Administrative Assistant in interacting with all HOA Committee Chairs and ensuring all meeting minutes are posted and recorded.
  • Acting as first line of communication with community members regarding homeowner issues, including comments, complaints, suggestions, and concerns.
  • Front Desk Attendant and New Homeowner contact.
