About The Position

Performs a wide range of administrative support for the personal property, receiving and materials handling and fleet and auto services groups. Maintains a smooth and efficient flow of daily administrative activities. This position will be responsible for supporting the following activities: Support/organize data retrieval for departmental audits and/or assessments. Make editorial revisions to local policies and/or procedures. Enter procurement requisitions for supplies and equipment. Enter helium and nitrogen consumption in spreadsheet and generate orders in procurement requisition applications Organizing the daily packing lists of all received items Maintaining and submitting union personnel timecards weekly. Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and associated travel arrangements. Requirements

  • Ability to organize work and set priorities.
  • Considerable knowledge of administrative and office support activities.
  • English grammar and usage, editing, record keeping procedures and department functions.
  • Must have excellent skills in Excel, Word, Microsoft Office, Outlook mail and ability to assist in a variety of inventory related activities.
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure.
  • Skill in preparing written instructions, oral communications and interpersonal relations.
  • Skill in independently preparing and developing routine and non-routine reports, spreadsheets, documents, and other work of a complex and detailed nature.
  • Skill in the use of computers and business application software for word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Skill in working independently and exercising independent judgment over a wide range of tasks.
  • SA3 Level: High School and 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.

  • Knowledge of ANL policies, procedures and organization is desired.
