Then we would love to have you join us! The Role: The Administrative Assistant, Field Sales supports The National Business Directors for Hematology, Gynecological Oncology, and Head and Neck. This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 3+ years in administration related field Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
  • Experience of working with tools like Word, Outlook, Skype for Business, SharePoint etc.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments, meetings and conferences, travel accommodations and prepare travel itineraries and documents
  • Negotiate with vendors and review contracts for event planning
  • Keep record of standard correspondence for review, and prepare replies to routine inquiries using standardized formats, referring complex inquiries to manager
  • Manage telephone calls/voicemail activity and communicate messages when needed
  • Prepare and manage T&E expense reports and summaries
  • Provide general administrative support; ordering office supplies, coordinating with third party vendor, organize office moves, coordinate with facilities
  • Liase with HR in regard to onboarding/offboarding
  • Collaborate within a team of Admin Assistants to help with organizational projects as needed
  • Increase accountability of Business Teams through active Action Item and Responsible Employee Capture during Team meetings
