About The Position

Join us in driving efficiency and excellence in education administration. Lincoln Tech is looking for an Administrative Assistant -- Education who will administer the day-to-day workflow of our Education Group.

Requirements

  • 3 years' administrative experience
  • 2 years of college or equivalent work experience
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Great organizational skills
  • Team player, who is able to assist different departments

Responsibilities

  • Creates correspondence for the Education Group, including word processing of letters, memos, forms, policies, and procedures (including handling of confidential information)
  • Provides administrative support, including telephone coverage, correspondence, supply control, and necessary communications, both internal and external
  • Interfaces with students and potential students as needed
  • Functions as a liaison with the schools, disseminating reports from the Corporate Education Department
  • Maintains attendance calendar for key management personnel
  • Provides backup to the Front Desk
