Duties include, but not limited to: · Communicates with customers through email and telephone · Works with field superintendent and other field personnel in scheduling work. · Inputs billing information for accounting to generate invoices to customers · Assists the Department Manager in preparing and submitting proposals to customers for repairs · Works with Emergency 24 · Additional tasks as needed This role is 100% Onsite and there will be a 90-day probationary period.
