This role assists with a variety of administrative, logistical, and event-related tasks, often handling “as-needed” assignments and special projects. The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Education: Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Have 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, scanning, and document preparation
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and managing logistics
  • Support office operations, including organizing supplies and maintaining shared spaces
  • Assist with planning and executing events, meetings, and special projects
  • Run occasional errands or complete off-site tasks as needed
  • Prepare materials, packets, and presentations for meetings or events
  • Support communication efforts, including drafting emails and coordinating follow-ups
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Perform other duties and special assignments as requested
