About The Position

Now Hiring: Full-Time Administrative Assistant / Client Care Specialist - Williamsburg, VA (In Office Only!) We are growing our team! Our local home Inspection company is looking for a smart, extremely organized, tech-savvy, self motivated Office Administrator. Monday - Friday from 8:30AM - 5:00PM. This role is perfect for someone who is friendly, great with details, master of excel, excellent phone skills and enjoys keeping things running behind the scenes.

  • Friendly, extremely dependable, and organized.
  • A team player who is not afraid to initiate tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Answering busy phones & talking with clients.
  • Scheduling home inspections & managing the schedules of all field staff.
  • Handling Office paperwork.
