Responsibilities

  • Preparing, facilitating, and managing administrative functions that streamline operations for the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team.
  • Maintaining timely communication and ensuring accurate documentation with our Board of Directors and Senior Management Team.
  • Support board meetings
  • Managing schedules, travel, and lodging.
  • Confidential management of the corporate credit card.
  • Supports volunteer development programs and coordinates educational opportunities
