About The Position

Access Systems, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is actively hiring a Billing Administrative Assistant. You will handle a diverse range of billing and contracts-related duties for current customers—compensation up to $21/hour.

Requirements

  • Comfortable working in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to stay organized while handling repetitive or deadline-driven tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Input contract-related data for contract set up and terminations.
  • Identify and resolve various contract discrepancies and warnings prior to invoicing.
  • Invoice sales orders to bill customers or leasing companies.
  • Field contract billing-related questions from customers, sales reps, and leasing companies.
